Over the past 8.5 years he has worked at Morgan Stanley as an International Client Advisor and Private Banker running both The Levy-Hafen Group and The WMO Group focusing on both institutional clients with special hedging needs and ultra high net worth clients (single family offices) seeking generational wealth preservation. Also, since 2010, Mr. Levy-Cohen has been actively involved with various FinTech and Distributed Ledger technology initiatives aiming to leverage the benefits of the Blockchain. He is an Invited Expert with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and acts as Advisor to select FinTech companies. Previously, Mr. Levy-Cohen worked as a Swiss private banker for nine years where he gained expertise in precious metals and in using gold bullion as a hedge mechanism and wealth preservation tool for international clients. Mr. Levy-Cohen started his career as an international entrepreneur out of Barbados in 1988, later moved to New York where as a Venture Capitalist he participated in the emergence of the Internet. Mr. Levy-Cohen is a student at the School of Austrian Economics and has a B.S. in International Business Administration from Hebrew Jerusalem University and University of Miami and an M.S. in Finance and Taxation from New York University.
